Dinner is the main meal of the day eaten in the evening. dinner may consist of a main course, like fish or meat, with vegetables, grains, and perhaps a salad or dessert. Dinner provides the body with essential nutrients it needs to function while asleep.An ideal dinner consist of vegetables, proteins and healthy fat.

Dinner is one thing I don’t miss before going to bed, if I missed dinner trust me I would not have a nice sleep, so to have a great night and nice dream, I make sure to eat a very balanced healthy dinner. I will be dropping a few of my dinner recipes below.
